Job Description:
- Look for blogs and guest posting opportunities
- Apply SEO practices to create and publish on-page and off-page content with backlinks
- Produce well-researched content for publication online
- Organize writing schedules to complete assignments within deadlines
- Communicate and cooperate with the content and SEO teams, including the content manager, SEO specialists, editors, web publishers, and other writers
- Follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with other members of the content production team to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, email marketing, product descriptions, videos, and blogs
- Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results
Position requirements:
- Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio
- At least 1 year SEO content experience including the creation of website content, blogs, guest posting, meta tags, and other off-page content preferred
- Ability to work independently with little to no daily supervision
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with clients, colleagues, and management
- Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
- Strict adherence to the style guides of each company and their policies for publication
- Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary
- Proficiency with computer and applications, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs, Sheets, Slides
- Willingness to familiarize oneself with each client's voice, content requirements, brand image, products, and services, etc.
- Background in the BPO industry is a plus
- Willing to work in Shaw, Ortigas CBD (Cityland Shaw Tower, Shaw Blvd. cor. St. Francis St., near Shangri-La Plaza)
