SALES CONSULTANT
The Sales Consultant is responsible for helping clients make informed decisions regarding website development and design and other digital marketing services. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and prioritize tasks based on their assigned goals. The ideal candidate must also be able to clearly explain technical concepts to clients in a way that they can understand.
The Sales Consultant is also responsible for up-selling and cross-selling our products and services. They work closely with the Sales Team to understand the clients’ needs, and propose solutions to meet those needs through our services.

Responsibilities
- Learning services offered, including the terms of the packages
- Collaborating with the marketing department to prepare efficient strategies
- Motivate sales team to achieve great results
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience by greeting, listening, and assisting clients in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the services
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints face-to-face, over the phone, via email, or other communication channels on a daily basis.
- Discuss with clients and give advice on their service packages
- Assist in escalating complex issues to the customer advocacy/ resolution team if required
- Actively look for ways to help other departments across the business for shared success
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a sales consultant
- Familiarity with CRM programs
- Ability to gather and interpret data
- Organizational and analytical skills
- Communication skills
- BS degree in Marketing or related field
- Fluent in English
- Strong negotiating and selling skills
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Ability to develop and deliver professional proposals and presentations
